"Beautiful Weather"

Wow, you can't get any better than this.... Weather in the 70's and summer just around the corner! The only downside, however, is that when my roomate, Noah, moves out in June, he takes the window AC unit with him. As a result, it will also be warm inside the apartment this summer.

Oh, well, can't win 'em all! I'll just have to break out the fans again. ... [chuckle].
