"Earthquake 10.5!"
If you enjoyed the conclusion of the disaster thriller miniseries "
10.5" on NBC tonight, than you'll be happy to know that they didn't portray earthquakes realistically. In fact, the producers dropped the ball when researching the film, and went straight to the thriller aspect of the story instead. As a result, we got an exciting evening of entertainment -- but one based completely upon fiction.
If you're interested in seperating fact from fiction within the film, then this site is an
excellent resource. And even if you didn't see the miniseries, you may still find it worth reading. An earthquake can be devestating, but in real life, don't worry, you'll never experience a 10.5.
