"How To Hide An Airplane Factory"

Now this is fascinating!: ... During World War II, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needed to hide the massive Lockheed Burbank Aircraft Plant to protect it from a Japanese air attack. To do this, they covered the entire facility with camouflage netting, bushes, and fake buildings, so that from the air, it would look like a rural subdivision. Here are some photos.
