"Lolcats" are funny pictures of fluffy animals, such as pets, accompanied by some strange quasi-English text. I Can Has Cheezburger? is a site dedicated to lolcats.

But lolcat is also a language. Your vet probably hasn't heard of it, because it's not real -- animals can't talk. But if they could, wouldn't it be great to know how to communicate with them?
