"Drowning Wisconsin"The tornado siren just sounded, as heavy rain and strong storms are moving through Milwaukee yet again. Severe flooding is expected to continue here in Southeastern Wisconsin, and already swollen rivers are likely to rise even more. This is now the
fourth day (in the last six) in which severe storms have brought tornado weather to the Milwaukee area alone.
