"42 Years Ago, Today"

On September 8th, 1966, the world "boldly went where no one had gone before", as it was transported to the 23rd century and the final frontier. On television screens all across America, the first episode of Star Trek was aired. It would usher in a franchise that still endures to this day. Happy Birthday, Enterprise! May you, live long... and continue to prosper.
