How We're Feeling grabs tweets in real time looking for one of 32 hashtags related to how the tweeter is feeling. On the website, the hashtag circles light up as new tweets come in, and the "total tweets" are the number of tweets that been received today. The "positivity rating" is a percentage of how many tweets express a positive emotion.

Right now, as of this post, Twitter is 84% positive.
